Acu. Kanchan Hande is a trained acupuncturist and has treated over 200 patients in her 5 years of experience. She’s adopted acupuncture practice and has applied classical traditional eastern therapy which considers the patient as a whole. Here, every symptom can be related to another. The goal of using this form of therapy, is to help your body achieve balance from within which then leads to the resolution of your symptoms.
It takes passion with compassion to enter into this profession of healing and wellness. Kanchan has spent her childhood in Wardha, Maharashtra. After completing her formal education in Engineering, she didn’t take up that as her career. Instead she pursued her another passion of painting in water colour. She has expressed her feelings and thoughts in the language of colours. Each of her painting shows her true compassionate nature. She’s done hundreds of such paintings.
She always wanted to help others and she kept herself busy in many informal ways of helping people. She likes it to keep a low profile. Even though she was busy in these kinds of social activities, there was no definite objective.
During that time only, she came across acupuncture. She instantly joined the training. It took her several years to hone the skill. She assisted many experts in treating patients. She researched a lot on the internet as well as by reading books. She joined many discussions and forums to keep herself updated on this subject. Finally, when she was ready to treat her patients independently, she founded her own clinic.
Kanchan is very fond of Sadhguru and is inspired by his thoughts. Therefore, she named her healing centre as Isha Holistic Healing Centre. She believes and means the term ‘holistic’ in the name. She doesn’t look at it as a mere profession. It’s her spiritual nature that’s involved in this holistic approach. She treats every patient as a service to humanity. She genuinely wishes that this world should become healthy and happy and acupuncture is a way to attain this goal. She religiously follows the scientific ways of treating various ailments.

We are here to bring transformation in every individual’s living with holistic principles and practices of Acupuncture. Our aim is to revive, reimplement and to rejuvenate them with utmost ease. This can only be achieved by making these practices an integral part of individual’s daily routine. It is important for everyone to stay healthy because health is the only gateway to attain physical, mental and emotional peace. People, now a days, are often seen popping pills regularly. This causes various known and unknown lifestyle problem. Medicines are always recommended to have under the guidance of the experts. We never suggest any medicines in our therapies. Stress, environmental changes, junk food is not alone to be blamed for all these problems. What we are missing out is the time tested, age old, healthy routine we used to follow. The preventive health measures, dietary rules, seasonal food and behavioral pattern helped them live a healthy long life. We intend to bring back that age old healthy lifestyle and behavioural patterns in order to align the holistic approach of Acupuncture with the nature and the ecosystem.
